You acknowledge that participation in yoga, meditation, breathwork, retreats, energy healing, and movement practices involves inherent risks.

These risks may include but are not limited to:

- Physical injury

- Dizziness or fatigue

- Anxiety or emotional discomfort

- Aggravation of existing conditions

- Injury related to movement practices

- Risks associated with travel or retreat participation

You voluntarily participate at your own risk and agree to listen to your body, modify practices as needed, and discontinue participation if discomfort arises.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Pachamama Studio, Heidi Reeves, contractors, facilitators, assistants, venues, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

- Participation in any offerings

- Use of this website

- Online or in-person sessions

- Retreat attendance

- Movement practices

- Meditation or breathwork practices

- Energy healing sessions

- Reliance on educational content

This release applies to both known and unknown claims except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

6. Retreat Participation

- Your own travel arrangements

Retreat deposits and payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

All content on this website and within our offerings is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

- Private sessions are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment.

- Retreat payments follow the cancellation policy listed at the time of booking.

You agree to engage respectfully in all classes, retreats, communities, and online spaces.

Harassment, abusive conduct, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal without refund.
