About Heidi

Heidi Reeves has spent years walking the path of shamanic healing, yoga, and sacred ceremony — not as a destination, but as a living practice. She works in the tradition of the Medicine Wheel, holding space for people who are ready to shed what no longer serves them and step into the fullness of who they are.

Her sessions, programs, and retreats aren't just healing. They're a homecoming.

The Turning Point

I came to this work through loss.

Grief that wouldn't move. Anxiety that looped. A kind of depression that sat beneath everything — quiet enough that I could keep functioning, heavy enough that something in me knew I was not actually living.

I tried to get “through it”.  I understood a great deal about what was happening. Understanding, it turned out, was not enough.

What finally moved it was not a framework or a technique. It was an encounter with something older — a tradition that knew how to work with the body, the energy field, and the places where the wound actually lives.

The first time I experienced shamanic energy healing, something shifted that had not shifted in years. Not because I believed in it. Because it worked.

I didn't choose this path. It chose me — through the places where nothing else reached. THE TURN — BETWEEN WORLDS

I have always lived between worlds. Between the visible and the invisible, the rational and the felt, the ancient and the present. What I didn't understand for a long time was that this was not a liability. It was the preparation.

The shamanic path asks you to hold both. To be rigorous and receptive. To trust what the body knows and what the lineage carries. To bring the precision of real training to the mystery of real healing. That is what I try to do — in every session, every teaching, every piece of writing.

The Invitation

If you are here, something in you is already moving. You don't need to know where it's going yet. You only need to be willing to find out.

This work is for you.

Heidi's Experience

The Work Behind the Work

Eighteen years. That is how long I have been practicing, studying, and living this work — not as a profession I chose, but as a path that chose me and has asked everything of me in return.

My formal training runs through the Four Winds Society — one of the most rigorous shamanic training programs in the world, rooted in Q'ero Andean cosmology and earth-based healing. I have sat with Q'ero elders in Peru, received direct transmission from teachers who carry a living lineage, and returned to that land more times than I can count. Each time, something new is asked of me. Each time, I understand more deeply why this work cannot be learned from a book.

Alongside this, I am a trained yoga and meditation teacher — not as separate practices, but as part of the same understanding. Breath, movement, stillness, and energy work are different doors into the same room.

I teach the Medicine Wheel as a spiral — the framework that holds everything I offer. It is not a curriculum. It is a living map. One that I have walked myself, many times, and continue to walk.

I believe — The most important credential is not a certificate. It is the willingness to keep going into the places the work asks you to go.
